New Valley Private University is a private, non-profit, fourth-generation smart university located in Kharga City, New Valley Governorate. It comprises five faculties.
New Valley Private University was established by Presidential Decree No. (249) of 2025, and consists of five faculties: the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Agriculture, and the Faculty of Languages and Humanities. Academic studies are scheduled to begin, God willing, in the 2025/2026 academic year.
New Valley Private University adopts modern and innovative teaching and learning technologies and international standards. It also provides higher education that encourages creativity and innovation, building qualified generations who are up-to-date with scientific and technological developments and capable of academic and technological leadership and pioneering on a global scale. New Valley University offers a diverse range of modern undergraduate programs designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills to excel and keep pace with rapid developments in science and the labor market, both regionally and globally. It includes 25 unique programs across five diverse fields of study, preparing graduates for the latest global developments.

New Valley University will begin its academic year 2025/2026 with five faculties: the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Agriculture, and the Faculty of Languages and Humanities, pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. ( ) of 2025.
The New Valley University campus has been carefully designed to the latest specifications and to provide a suitable environment to support and stimulate the educational and research process. Covering an area of 60 acres, it includes several buildings, including the university administration, lecture halls, classrooms, central and specialized laboratories, a comprehensive library, playgrounds, university dormitories, a student services building, and an electronic testing building to support students and help them excel academically and professionally. One of the university's most important goals is to advance the educational, research, and technological process to achieve regional and global competitiveness while preserving the Egyptian identity and strengthening relations with Arab, African, and foreign countries. This is achieved through the conclusion of numerous local and international protocols and partnerships to provide a high level of higher education that supports creativity and innovation, and to provide an educational and training environment that meets the needs of the labor market, thus supporting the provision of job opportunities for its graduates.
